In 2019, Julia figured out she was intolerant to gluten. Not only her life had to change but also her whole family’s. The simple task of choosing a place to eat wasn’t easy. It almost seemed impossible to go through one day without gluten let alone a whole life! Who in their right mind decides to go Gluten Free just because...(hey, if you did, more props to you)
Today ALL of Julia's family meals are cooked at home, 100% Gluten Free. From fried chicken to pizza to Oriental with gluten free soy sauce. YES! Who in the world would have thought soy sauce contain gluten!!!
Julia refused to believe that all those yummy goodies were part of the past. Food alone, was covered by her wonder husband (who is a chef by the way) BUT baked AND fried goodies like donuts, cinnamon rolls, cookies, BREAD, puff pastries(just to name a FEW) couldn't ALL be part of the past too.
Julia decide she would start crafting new gluten free recipes everyday. She started baking gluten free goodies to take to work and family event. People started raving about how delicious and not "gluten free tasting" the goodies were. People couldn't believe that the baked goodies Julia brought were ALL gluten free! Julia knew she had a calling/talent (or whatever you want to call it) and a passion for it.
Julia LOVES exercising, spending time with her husband and three kiddos, sewing new things, going to the library with her family, creating A LOT of art but most of all, Julia LOVES to bake. This is the part where I tell you: That's why Julia decided to quit her full-time dental job of 10 years (which she paid to go to school for btw lol) after her third baby, Julia decided to pursue her passion in making Gluten Free Delicious. Julia always dreamed of being the owner of her time on this earth. Today, she is so excited you chose her to help you on your Gluten Free lifestyle/journey. Together Gluten Free will be delicious, no doubt. Because without YOU, Rainbow Poppy could not be. Thank you for supporting Julia in this new adventure.

She wanted to included as many people as possible so that they would able to consume and enjoy our products. Julia knows many Celiac customers can not digest such flours. Julia takes food allergies very seriously. She does not use any of her machines, kitchen tools, counters for other than baking Gluten Free for Rainbow Poppy to avoid ANY and ALL cross contamination. Julia's committed to give her costumers the best baked goods.

Our Cinnamon Roll dough is made with Julia’s home-made Gluten Free Sourdough Starter, Miss Glitter Sparkles. Miss Glitter Sparkles is fed and used at her peak. Then the dough is fermented 24 hours in the fridge before rolled out and formed into rolls. Then the rolls are then proofed another 4 hours on the counter before being baked and sold fresh daily.
