In 2019, Julia was diagnosed intolerant to gluten. Not only her life had to change but also her whole familyβs life. Choosing a place to eat wasnβt an easy task. It almost seemed impossible to go through one day without gluten let alone a whole life! Who in their right mind decides to go Gluten Free just because...(hey, if you did, more props to you)
Julia refused to believe that all those yummy baked goods like donuts, cinnamon rolls, cookies, bread, puff pastries, were all in the past. (why am I still referring to myself in the third person?!?)
Julia decide she would craft new gluten free recipes everyday. She starting taking gluten free baked goods to every work and family event. People started raving about how delicious and not gluten free "tasting" the treats were. People couldn't believe that EVERY baked good Julia brought were ALL gluten free! Julia knew she had a calling.
Julia loves exercising, spending time with her husband and kids, going to the library, making art but most of all, Julia loves baking. This is the part is where I tell you: That's why Julia decided to quit her full-time dental job of 10 yearsssss (which she paid to go to school for btw lol) to pursue her passion in making Gluten Free Delicious.

We do NOT use Gluten Free flours with wheat starch. We do NOT use oat flour either. Julia wanted to make sure celiac customers are able to consume our products too. Julia knows

Julia knows most Celiac customers can not digest such flours. We also NEVER use artificial preservatives or additives. We bake our products daily to ensure our customers freshness. (Which we actually do but we do not want to bore you with the same blah blah blah).

Our Cinnamon Roll dough is made with Juliaβs home-made Gluten Free Sourdough Starter Miss Glitter Sparkles. Miss Glitter Sparkles is fed and used at her peak. Then the dough is fermented 24 hours in the fridge before rolled out and formed into rolls. Then the rolls are then proofed another 4 hours on the counter before being baked and sold fresh daily.

Gluten Free Sourdough Boule is made with Juliaβs home-made Gluten Free Sourdough starter, Miss Glitter Sparkles. Miss Glitter Sparkles is fed and used at her peak. This Gluten Free Sourdough Boule is then Fermented 4 hours on the counter followed by a 24 hour fermentation in the fridge. This Boule has a nice crust with a nice soft and moist inside. π
Gluten Free Mini Sourdough loaf made with Juliaβs home-made Gluten Free Sourdough starter, Miss Glitter Sparkles. Miss Glitter Sparkles is fed and used at her peak. This Gluten Free Sourdough Mini Loaf is then Fermented 4 hours on the counter followed by a 24hr fermentation in the fridge. This mini loaf is soft and moist.
